ANSYS asked for a multi-track approach to introduce prospective customers to their company and product offerings at the Design Automation Conference (DAC).
Solution - Essential to this project was a consistent representation of the ANSYS brand across all touch points. Leveraging existing booth design elements, the corporate brand identity was expanded to flow across three tracks; an HTML email event invitation, a pre-event RWD informational microsite, and an on-site touchscreen kiosk. The invitation and microsite worked together to pre-register attendees. At the DAC event the touch screen application – presented on two separate 50" monitors – displayed product messaging, served as an on-site registration for events and as a means to access detailed product information and videos. Integrated throughout all three of these components was NSS Symphony Event Registration software.
Results - As anticipated, the three components of this project worked together perfectly to help generate new business contacts for ANSYS prior to and at the event. On the event management side of things, the integration of Symphony helped to greatly simplify the registration experience for both attendees and ANSYS event administrators.
