GENESYS CLOUD WEM DASHBOARD

Genesys Cloud engaged Network Software Services, Inc. (NSS) to create an Apple Vision Pro demonstration app to showcase an immersive way to view Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) data.

Creating the Vision Pro app began with defining its purpose and features based on the presenter role and tasks. The design process involved using the Vision Pro SDK to craft an intuitive and immersive user interface that tells the story of the presenter and how they accomplish predefined tasks in the application. NSS partnered with the Genesys Cloud WEM Innovations team to focus on creating a seamless user experience, ensuring the UI was engaging, responsive, and easy to navigate in AR environments.

The event was met with great excitement and it showed off all the API functionality of the WEM services.
