Solution - NSS leveraged best-practices in e-commerce UI design and backend software implementation to develop a WebApp for use by operations managers in the field. A simple, intuitive user interface helps customers streamline ordering with a minimum of interactions. Developed to work across all devices, the responsive web design (RWD) application features credentialed accounts, product selection, shipping specification to multiple locations/vehicles and real-time status updates. GRW representatives manage the WebApp and its users through an easy to use content-management system.
